Production of this document can take a lot of time during a critical period for your project. 

Casa Consulting will provide you with a complete (or partial) authoring service to ensure successful drafting of the project initiation document. Following the production of the initiation document, it can be handed over to you in its entirety, or Casa Consulting can be engaged to provide ongoing document maintenance.

For a fixed fee, Casa Consulting will also be pleased to supply you with a blank template document - with all appropriate section headings and advice notes - for use by your own project managers.
