On a full-time, part-time or ad-hoc basis, Casa Consulting will provide project management services to you. Whether your project involves an IT system or not, project management principles and methodologies - including PRINCE2 - will be adapted and applied to meet your needs.

You decide what you need - we bring our experience to the project. Whether you want to tell us exactly what you want or ask us for our opinions on what's necessary - we're happy to help.

• Team Building

Using our skills and experience, we find and recruit project teams for you. Whether you need temporary or permanent staff, we are there to assist you in defining project roles, then participating in interview and candidate selection processes.

• Risk & Issue Management

Any significant project generates a huge number of risks and issues. The effects of these need to be measured, prioritised and actioned (if necessary) to avoid your project from generating unwanted outcomes. From basic risk assessment through to the implementation of complex action plans, Casa Consulting are there to help you.

• Document authoring

Any successful project involving successful business change or systems implementation generates a huge number of documents. Casa Consulting will produce project documents of a very high standard from a wide selection of templates. • Document review

Casa Consulting will happily provide an independent review your project documents for aspects of general document quality and correctness of technical content (where possible). We will normally complete this service within five working days of receiving the document. The review notes and any original documents will be emailed or posted as appropriate, and we will maintain keep all information in the strictest confidence.

• Education, training and mentoring

Casa Consulting will provide assistance for you to identify your training needs and select off-the-shelf training for your people. Additionally, we will also define and supply training to your organisation where such training is either unsuitable or unavailable. We will also provide on-the-job training - or "mentoring" to your project managers and project personnel to assist them in following industry best practice or just to give them a few new ideas.
